 BEANS 

STORE: Fresh beans should be kept cold and humid in the refrigerator and used within 5 days if possible. Do not wash before storing, wash them before use.

Dried beans should be kept in a cool location like a cabinet. 
 
FREEZE: After cooking, store in an airtight container and freeze.

Take off the shells and freeze in freezer bags.

STORE

Store at room temperature in a bread box or in a paper bag if it will be eaten within 2 days. If eating bread past 2 days, freeze. Refrigerate if you plan to make toast with it.

REVIVE

Stale bread can be reversed by toasting the bread, or reheating it in the oven at 140 degrees. There are many stale bread recipes.

FREEZE

Wrap the bread in airtight wrapping. Thaw at room temperature or in the toaster or over.

Separate the bunch, store on the counter away from other fruit. Once ripe refrigerate. Freeze if browning.

REVIVE

Bruised areas can be cut away. If very brown cut and freeze.
