Refrigerate in original container for 7-10 days after opening.
Yogurt can be substituted for milk, cream, sour cream, and buttermilk.
Freezing can change the consistency of yogurt. While yogurt can freeze well, you will need to mix it upon thawing. It's best used in dishes like guacamole or tzatziki. Freeze in individual serving sizes in an air tight container.
