Peaches, Nectarines, Apricots, & Cherries
To ripen, place in a single layer in a loosely closed paper bag at room temperature for 1-2 days. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Blanch, remove skin, dip in citrus juice and refrigerate until ready to use.
Blanch, remove skin, slice, remove the pit, place in freezer safe container and freeze.
