Refrigerate in original wrapping and store in a refrigerator drawer if possible. Can be refrigerated for 6 months before opening, consume within 3-4 weeks of opening .
If removed from original packaging, wrap tightly in film or foil to prevent air pockets. Double wrapping can help prevent mold.
Cut into 1/2-1 lb. blocks if not already sliced, wrap in plastic wrap and put in freezer bags. Allow to thaw for 24-48 hours and use as soon as possible. Changes in texture are likely to occur.
