Green Beans & Peas

Fresh green beans and peas should be kept cold and humid in the refrigerator and used within 5 days if possible. Do not wash before storing, wash them before use.
Immerse in cold water several times. Steam before serving.
Blanch, immerse in ice water, dry and freeze in an airtight container.
