STORE

Refrigerate in original packaging on the lowest shelf of the refrigerator. If there is a chance of dripping, store on a tray.

REVIVE

If freezer burnt, cut out those areas and discard. Bones can be used to make stock.

FREEZE

Divide meat into meal-size portions. Wrap meat in either 1-2 layers of either freezer paper or heavy-duty foil and place in freezer bag.
