Refrigerate in orIginal packaging for 2-4 days on the lowest shelf of the refrigerator. If there is a chance of dripping, store on a tray.
Larger cuts will last longer in the fridge. Lean fish will last longer than fatty fish.
Pat dry with paper towel, wrap in plastic wrap then wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Freeze for 3-12 months. Thaw in refrigerator.
