Refrigerate in original wrapping for up to 2 weeks.
Place opened portions of butter in a covered dish in the refrigerator. Do not store in a butter keeper or on the refrigerator door for more than 2 days.
Wrap butter in an airtight and moisture-proof material or overwrap original carton. Cut 1 lb. blocks of butter into smaller pieces and wrap to freeze. Use within 6-9 months
