Store at room temperature in a bread box or in a paper bag if it will be eaten within 2 days. If eating bread past 2 days, freeze. Refrigerate if you plan to make toast with it.
Stale bread can be reversed by toasting the bread, or reheating it in the oven at 140 degrees. There are many stale bread recipes.
Wrap the bread in airtight wrapping. Thaw at room temperature or in the toaster or over.
