Refrigerate in a breathable bag, 4-6 weeks, in the low-humidity drawer.
Peel, dice, cook and puree to turn into applesauce. Store in the fridge for 3-5 days or freeze for several months.
Dry or tray pack: Treat with ½ teaspoon ascorbic acid or lemon juice in 3 tablespoons water to prevent browning. Freeze in a single layer, move to an airtight storage container.
